Fresh leaf in a menstrum of vegetable glycerin & distilled water. Named for Aphrodite's Bee Priestesses or Melissas, Lemon Balm is a citrus flavored herb used as a nervine for its calming activity, and is also very helpful in dealing with cold sores, along with my Simplex Salve 1-2-3 for all herpes viruses, including shingles.
