Journey into Enoughness: Sound Bath with Andrea Wenger
March 28 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm$30 – $35
Calm anxiety, quiet your scarcity thinking, and be reminded on a vibrational level that you ARE enough, and the abundant universe is supporting you. Connect to your own enoughness through a chakra toning practice, and to the enoughness of All-That'Is as you soak in the healing vibrations of bells, drum, rattle, sacred songs, and Andrea's angelic vocal toning with crystal singing bowls.
Your comfort is important to fully relax! Bring along a thick mat/padding (i.e. lawn chair cushions, Thermarest or THICK yoga mat), blankets/sleeping bag, pillows, sitting cushion, etc., to support you in being comfortable sitting on the floor, and then lying down for an extended period of time. Being comfy and warm helps you to relax fully! Chairs will also be available if you prefer. A water bottle is also a good idea.
This event will be held in the classroom at Radiance, 9 West Grant Street, Lancaster, across the cobblestones from Central Market.
Cost for this Sound Meditation experience is $30 in advance or $35 at the door. It is quite possible that this event will sell out in advance, so don't delay! Call Radiance 717-290-1517, or stop in to register.
