Organic Honey, infused with fresh herbs
I was able to get a small quantity of beautiful, local organic honey! I've cold-infused some with fresh hyssop, and some with fresh lemon balm from my garden, so that the enzymes are not damaged by heat. Hyssop is well-known for it's ability to "move excesses of fluids or phlegm", and has been used to treat colds for hundreds of years. Lemon balm is calming and anti-viral. Either honey would be a great addition to a tea, or delicious by itself, or drizzled over yogurt. 4 oz bottle.
