Classical Yoga with Roberta Strickler
October 17 @ 7:00 am - 10:00 am$6 – $90
At Radiance on Thursday mornings, beginning September 12, 2019.
7 am or 8:45 am
Classical Yoga is taught as a Lifestyle with sequential learning. Muscle memory is slowly built. Adaptations are offered to students at varied levels of experience and flexibility. Poses (asanas) are core at each class. Pranayama and Meditation will be there also.
Sequences proceed through each 6-week session.
Each session has a theme, and each class builds on the one before.
Students are heartily welcomed at any one class within each series, but the most healthful effect comes with learning which is built upon previous lessons.
Series 1. Thursdays, September 12 through October 17
Series 2. Thursdays, October 31 through December 12
(no class Thanksgiving Day)
There will be two classes held each day – choose either 7am or 8:45am, depending on which fits your schedule and lifestyle.
Cost of a 6-week session: $90. Single class: $20. Private lessons are also available for $75.
Classes will be held at Radiance 13 W Grant St, in the heart of downtown Lancaster. Stop in or phone (717) 290-1517 to register.
