We love these Tree Spirit pins hand made by Tym from WyredWorks!
The heavier gauge pin is useful in holding cloaks, shawls, kilts, and other fabric items together. Made from 16 gauge brass and copper, it uses a small, curved, brass pin to trap the material against the trunk of the tree. By pressing the curved trunk, more flat, compression helps hold the pin in place.
The 16 ga pin (thicker) measures 3×2 inches and works well for cloaks, shawls, and kilts.
The 20 ga pin (thinner) measures 2×1.75 inches and works well for hats and lapels.
