Merry Mother Sitz Bath

Merry Mother Sitz Bath is a natural herbal bath for use after giving birth.

Directions: Simmer one cup herbs in 2 quarts water for 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Strain carefully. Cool to as hot as comfortable. Add mix to warm bath and soak for 20 minutes. Repeat twice daily.

Contains: Calendula, Comfrey, Red Raspberry, Witch Hazel, Yarrow & Horsetail Leaf & Flower, White Oak & Slippery Elm Bark.
