Faja – Mayan Abdominal Belt

A faja is a Mayan belt-style “girdle” designed to support abdominal organs. I first learned about this belt from herbalist Rosita Arvigo, and practitioners of her Maya Abdominal Massage technique.

Worn under the clothes.
